  1. Now you need to create the blurring effect by duplicating each of the layers so that each letter has two layers of animation.

  3. Select all the frames in the top layer and copy them (Edit > Copy Frames).
  4. Create a new layer directly above the layer youΓÇÖve just copied from.
  5. Paste the frames into the new layer in the same position as the originals; frames one to fifteen. (Edit > Paste Frames).
  6. Repeat this for each of the layers, working your way down the layers from top to bottom.
